WORKPLACE HAPPINESS

Because a happy workforce is a productive workforce

WORKPLACE HAPPINESS

The evidence shows that a happy workforce is more productive than an unhappy one, and is less subject to sickness absence and employee turnover. Using Behavioural Science powered research, Beyond Logic Consulting can uncover sources of unhappiness, whether these are explicit or hidden. With this information, strategies can be developed to improve employee productivity and wellbeing.

CASE STUDY: WorkL data analyst and behavioural scientist (2021-ongoing)
WorkL are employee engagement specialists who support both businesses and employees with surveys and advice. They run the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards. Tony has been supporting them since 2021 with analysing and interpreting their extensive datasets, and contributing to WorkL reports as a Behavioural Scientist. He provides input into the design of surveys and analytical tools, with examples including their Diversity & Inclusion Index, an Extra Discretionary Effort Calculator, and a tool for helping to match employers and employees.
Behavioural Science is important for understanding the underlying, emotional drivers of employee happiness and what can be done to reduce employee turnover and absence.
