COMMUNICATION DESIGN

Effective communication needs to be salient and to include both rational and emotional dimensions. Beyond Logic Consulting can help ensure these are incorporated into communications by examining them through a Behavioural Science lens. This will improve their effectiveness by increasing levels of engagement and willingness to take the relevant actions.
An important aspect of achieving salience in communications is understanding the recipient, their desires and constraints. Taking these into account will mean that they can relate to the messages being communicated and feel as though they are relevant to them and worth listening to.
